The requirements for Fellow Chartered Membership are unchanged. You do not need a nominator or a supporter.

Completing this form does not make you a Fellow. Elevation depends on the eligibility review, the approval of the Admission & Membership Committee, payment of the fee of and completion of the Professionalism & Ethics module.
